The Toronto Botanical Garden is located in Toronto’s Edwards Gardens. TBG is a volunteer-based, charitable organization whose purpose is to inspire passion, respect and understanding of gardening, horticulture, the natural landscape and a healthy environment. The TBG offers an award-winning building design, a Library, and an array of 12 award-winning theme gardens spanning nearly four acres, designed to educate and inspire.

How to get there:
TBG is located at the south west corner of Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East.
By car:
If you are coming across the top of Toronto, take Highway 401 to the
Leslie Street Exit. Drive south on Leslie until you get to the stop
lights at Lawrence Avenue. You may turn right at the intersection
and take the first on your left to enter Edwards
Gardens and find the TBG, OR you may proceed straight through the
lights and take the first right into the large parking area
surrounding the TBG.
If you are coming from the south, take the Don Valley Parkway to
Lawrence Ave exit west bound, go just past Leslie Street and turn
left into the TBG parking lot.

By TTC:
Exit the Yonge Subway line at the EGLINTON station and take the
54(every 8 min) or 54A(every 8 min) bus. All bus routes go along
Eglinton Ave. to Leslie St. and then north to Lawrence Ave. The TBG is on the Southwest Corner
of Lawrence Ave E and Leslie St. Both the
Lawrence East 54 bus and the 54A bus will deliver you right to the
corner. Bus route 51(every 30 min) goes from Eglinton Station, North
on Leslie to Steeles Ave E.
